KSU-Rizal Campus Holds Campus Kamustahan to Strengthen Student Engagement and Support

With the theme, “Your Voice Matters: Creating a Supportive Campus Community,” the Office of Student Development Services and Placement Services (SDSPS), led by Mr. Ronald B. Bulwayan, in collaboration with the Central Student Government (CSG), initiated the Campus Kamustahan at Kalinga State University -Rizal Campus on March 12, 2025.

This initiative aims to provide students with updates on various university services and programs while addressing relevant concerns and issues.

As part of the Campus Kamustahan Activity organized by the Office of Student Development Services and Placement Services (SDSPS), led by Director Ronald B. Bulwayan, in collaboration with the Central Student Government (CSG), KSU Bulanao Campus student leaders gathered on March 13, 2025, at Teatro Kalinga.

Kalinga State University Receives Positive Performance Report from Civil Service Commission

Kalinga State University continues to uphold excellence in public service, as affirmed by the Civil Service Commission’s Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB). In a recent performance report covering January to December 2024, the CSC commended KSU for maintaining an impeccable record in service delivery, with no negative feedback recorded during the period.

TEACH! Concludes COED’s Successful RA 9262 & RA 11313 Awareness Program for Student Leaders

March 13, 2025. In line with the nationwide celebration of National Women's Month, KSU-College of Education conducted a seminar on R.A. 9262 & R.A. 11313 awareness with the theme, “21st Century Future Teachers: Eliciting Awareness on the Anti-Violence Against Women Act (R.A. 9262) and the Anti-Bastos Law (R.A. 11313).” The activity was held at the College of Health and Natural Sciences' Audio-Visual Room.

KSU Welcomes Newly Hired Faculty and Staff in Oath-Taking Ceremony

March 14, 2025 -Three newly hired faculty members and five non-teaching personnel formally took their oath of office before University President, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, at the Office of the President.

The newly appointed faculty members include:

Ms. Lucia B. Bulahao, Instructor I, College of Entrepreneurship, Tourism, and Hotel Management

Mr. Daniel Adrian C. Rivera, Instructor I, College of Engineering and Applied Technology

Ms. Emogine L. Silip, Instructor I, College of Health and Natural Sciences

Philippine Social Science Council - CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS!

The Philippine Social Science Council is now accepting submissions for paper abstracts, poster proposals, or panel proposals for the National Social Science Congress 11 (NSSC11) happening on 18 to 20 September 2025, location TBA.

The NSSC 11, with the theme “Munting Tinig: Amplifying Children’s Voices through Social Science Research in the Philippines", will feature research studies that center on children using social science lenses and methodologies to explore critical areas such as education, health, rights and protection, and development among others.

BSTM Batch Paham Inara Soars High in 3rd Pinning and Capping Ceremony

With the theme " Wings to the world: Flying Towards a Future of Endless Possibilities", the Kalinga State University - Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management successfully conducted its 3rd Pinning and Capping Ceremony of Batch Paham Inara today, February 28, 2025, at Davidson Hotel, Bulanao, Tabuk City. Led by the Program Chairperson, Ms. Valerie A. Paloy, organized by the BSTM Third year students and faculty members. Participated by the Municipal Tourism Officer of Balbalan, Ms. Regine Faye D. Munda Cruz, KSU officials, CETHM faculty, Parents and Students.
