Dr. Perfelia R. Buen, the esteemed university Board Secretary, presented the composition of the Board of Regents and the Federation of Alumni officers. Dr. Buen underscored the significance of electing an alumni Regent from the presidents of the three campuses, as outlined by the federation's constitution and By-Laws. The roles and responsibilities of an alumni regent were expounded upon, emphasizing their role as a representative for the entire alumni body.
