The Kalinga State University entered into a memorandum of agreement with the Kalinga Provincial Police Office on September 6, 2022 at the KSU Alumni Center.
The MOA primarily aims to provide capability enhancement training to enhance the communicative skills of the KPPO personnel under the Communication Skills Enhancement Program for the Law Enforcement Agency, also known as ComSEP-LEA. Miguel, the Languages Department of the University, spearheaded by University Department Chair Lourdes Adeline Nicole Y.
