Students from the Kalinga State University- College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance played a central role in the portrayal of a bodong—a traditional peace pact—between Bangad and Banao tribes, both encompassed within the "binodngan" area. This portrayal, involving 120 students from the College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance, was a significant feature of the Kalinga founding anniversary and 5th Bodong Festival. Bodong, rooted in the customs and traditions of the Kalinga people, is regularly depicted during such events to impart its importance to new generations.
The successful execution of this portrayal was a result of the collaborative efforts led by Mrs. Agnes Balawan and Dr. Marilou Alngag, the Dean of the College of Public Administration and Indigenous Governance, along with the supportive CPAIG faculty members.
