Dr. Rhonda Veil Leyaley, the Director for Quality Assurance, in her opening remarks, stressed the importance of prioritizing client satisfaction within their respective offices. She urged attendees to reflect on their duties and responsibilities, emphasizing the significance of gauging client satisfaction through systematic surveys.
Chief Administrative Officer, Dr. Romualdo U. Wacas, discussed the guidelines governing the implementation of the Citizen's Charter. Following this, heads of the different offices conducted workshops and presented their outputs, fostering a collaborative and informed approach to better serve the university's stakeholders.
