Kalinga State University hosted the PCSMT 3rd- 4th Quarter Joint Council and Secretariat Meeting, held at the University Alumni Center on November 30 to December 1. 2023.

Reinforcing the programs of the Philippine Consortium for Science, Mathematics and Technology (PCSMT), KSU President, Dr. Eduardo T. Bagtang welcomed all the participants involved in the Consortium.

With the theme “Navigating Intellectual Property Rights, Legal Aspect and Management”, Day 1 of the Joint Council and Secretariat Meeting is the determination of Quorum followed by the Approval of Proposed agenda and presentation of New Business for the consortium.

Day 2 featured a comprehensive discussion on the Approval of the provisional Agenda where several presentations were made. These presentations emphasized the evaluation for the Students Webinar on Reinforcing Expertise and Awareness on Competence and Habits (REACH) which is a PCMST webinar series for students as well as the presentation of the Faculty Webinar series, Financial/ Billing Statements and updates on the Faculty, Students, and Institutional membership to PCSMT.

The active participation and collaborative efforts of all attendees culminated in the successful approval of each agenda, leading to a productive and well-concluded meeting.
